To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

No returns are accepted after 30 days of invoice date.

No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged items or items not received unless Chakra Luz LLC is notified within 30 days of invoice.

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Costs.
