Eligibility: To qualify for a return, all item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Missing Items: These must be reported within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Timeframe: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credit or exchanges will be issued on damaged items or items not received unless Chakra Luz LLC is notified within 30 days.

Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item you received was defective or the error was on our part. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
